PHONE ORDERS: Call 800-658-2523 Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am to 12 pm. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. For C.O.D. orders add $7.00.

MAIL ORDERS: Enclose check, money order, or credit card information.

FAX ORDERS: 507 - 825-3140.

SALES TAX: Minnesota residents should include sales tax.

SHIPPING CHARGES: F.O.B. items: call and we will assist you to figure out your shipping charges.

RETURNS: Special order and custom merchandise may not be returnable or may be subject to a restocking fee. Books, tapes, and vaccines are not returnable.

DAMAGES & SHORTAGES: Contact the delivering carrier immediately and save all packing material for inspection. Damages and shortages must be reported within 72 hours.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: If you are not satisfied with any product you order from this catalog, simply return it in new condition for replacement or refund. (Sorry, does not apply to books, videos, and vaccines).

Quality Assurance Program

Vaccines are packed with frozen ice packs, the same way veterinarians receive their vaccines. Vaccines are shipped on Monday through Thursday. All vaccines will be shipped 2nd Day or, if requested, Next Day Air.

Pipestone Veterinary Supply disclaims responsibility for errors in pricing, for the use or misuse of any products described in this catalog. Always refer to and follow the label directions. PVS specifically does not authorize anyone, its agents or employees, to recommend any product sold by PVS in any way other than according to manufacturer's current label directions. PVS disclaims responsibility for losses incurred due to delays or errors in shipment. We reserve the right to limit quantities.
